1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.

• You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

• You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or withdrawal.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.

• You have accessed a significant portion (20% or more) of the course material.

• You have downloaded or copied course resources.

• The purchase was made during a discounted promotion clearly marked as non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Date of purchase

• Reason for refund request

• Order ID or payment confirmation

We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the Vedavid course and related materials will be immediately revoked.
